Filter work well but this company offers now parts for repair. I have to spend $300 on a whole new system when all I need is a lid for one of the canister. By design to make money.

Great filters that actually work

We bought the under counter dual filter unit and I got it plumbed in - first one leaked so I logged a support call and was told it was unusual and a new filter unit showed up. The water in our house has always needed to be filtered with a Brita unit and we hoped this would help - have never had to use an external filter now so this is awesome. Makes cooking and filling the coffee maker sooo much easier! New filters are easy to put in and seem to last ages.
