Great design, but sizing is pretty sub-par

I love the design of the shirt. I assume it is silkscreened on? But it is mildly stiff and the shirt fits small. I ended up having to request a larger shirt for my next order. Only time will tell after a few washes, but the quality of the material could be better/softer.
