If you want a luxurious heavy coat for the cold winter months, this will fill the bill. It is definitely going to keep the chill out of your bones. I am 5' 08" and weigh 145 lbs. I wear a 38 U. S. normally, and the Size 3 of this coat fits me well. I just have to have my tailor take the sleeves up about an inch for perfection.
