Not picture perfect

The ring is nice and rustic. The website is informative and the ring arrived much sooner than expected, very professionally presented. However, the ring is not black as described or as I expected. It is more of a greyish color. This is the downside of shopping online. So much faith has to be put in the picture and if it is not on point, expectations are let down.
