Did as much research as possible for a new set of crutches. Cool crutches were always very high on the list so I went with the black carbon fibre option.Being from Australia they are far better than anything I could source here.Review based off first month of use. Price: High.But if I can get at least 18 months to 2 years out of them,value for money Look:Best I've had,very nice Weight: Excellent Forearm cuffs: The larger for winter coats and jumpers to fit,excellent. Something I have never had before Handle: Missed the boat on that in my opinion. Expected more comfort for the price.Had more comfort from cheaper options. They put way more pressure on my wrists than the ones I have been using beforehand. Picture included. I am an above knee amputee and have been using crutches non stop for the past 32 years.If I could put my old grip onto these,it would easily be a 10/10.

These don't hurt!

I had been using a pair of NHS crutches after my EDS symptoms became too much for me to get by with just a cane. I had constant bruises on my hands from the pressure on the hard handles, and the arm cuffs were much too small for my (generous) arms. I purchased the extra padding and the larger cuffs, and I am so glad that I did. the bruising has healed and the cuffs are much more comfortable. I did have trouble watching the how-to videos on the website. I had to try three different browsers before they would play. May I suggest uploading the videos to a dedicated YouTube channel?

Bought a larger cuff to use with my padded winter coat and bought it as a bundle (which was a great price), may be a little too big for ne personally but better than struggling to put my arm in with a really padded coat sleeve with the standard one. The cover is definitely a great addition.
