Oval Locket

I paid for premium international delivery and it said 3-5 days and it’s been nearly a month since I ordered and it’s still in America. It was supposed to be for my girlfriends birthday but it didn’t arrive in time and it’s saying it won’t be here until the 15th of October

Shantel, the owner of lovesse, is great! Firstly the jewlery is beautiful, and secondly the customer service is above and beyond. I made a mistake with my order and rather than charging me for an entire new piece, she decided to remake it for me at no extra cost. I will be forever grateful as this jewlery piece meant a lot to me and my fiancee.

It was the best purchase I have made! The quality is amazing, and you can truly tell how much love and care went into making it. Highly recommend!
