Monastery is by far and away my favourite roaster in Adelaide and it also helps that the staff are so friendly and passionate! My wife and I pick up a couple of bags every two weeks and I don’t know what I enjoy more… The coffee or chatting with Harry and Lee!

Superb as usual. Light, well balanced. Perfect for my daily pour over.
