Granddaughter’s birthday bike

The bike is beautiful and I received it the very next day! After speaking with you on jMay 30th about my ordering too late to get it on June 6 which I knew was going to be after the June 4th birthday, you kindly told me you would get it shipped out that day and I would receive it either on Saturday, May 31 or the following Monday, June 1. To my surprise, it arrived on Saturday and we were so happy because Gpa could put it together and we hid it until our granddaughter’s birthday! She loves it and we really appreciate your exceptional service and kindness! We will definitely order again when the older granddaughter outgrows her 20” bike. Thank you so much!😊
