DIA-COMPE MX1000 OLD SCHOOL BMX BICYCLE BRAKE CALIPER (SOLD AS SINGLES)

Really disappointed. For me, this one caliper isn’t cheap, so I did expect it to be carefully packed into another box in order to protect the caliper and its packaging/box. It is a gift. My additional purchase of expensive brake levers were also shoved into the same original caliper box to save space - and I guess cost?! Why would you send them both unprotected, without any bubble wrap, in the caliper box, also with no wrapping box conceal or protect its contents?
