Update: after discussing what could have happened with a representative, it appears the package was tampered with and retaped. The company is resending both items ordered. EXCELLENT customer service experience. I did have to find the corporate email, it seem as if the other attempts weren’t getting through. They handled it perfectly! I ordered this with the coconut self tanner and they only shipped the self tanner. No invoice shipped in the package to know any details -such as 1 of 2 shipped, 2 of 2 to be shipped. I have emailed twice with zero response. Super disappointed.
