I find this pillow perfect for me as both a side and back sleeper. Previously I purchased the firmest version but found it a bit too hard and lofty for my smaller frame. I love Au Lit-always quality!

Down and feather pillow

I am sorry to say that my husband feels it is too hard for him. I wanted to buy a down pillow, but we decided to get a less expensive one. Our mistake as sadly he cannot sleep using it. Our error not yours. Consequently I did not want to give a rating.
