Great product, but shipping takes forever

I ordered a second pair (because yes, the product is really good) but they are taking FOREVER to get to me! It's been weeks since I placed the order and their customer service indicated that it might be another 2 weeks before I receive it. If you like anything from here, plan with over a month of anticipation because no matter what they say, their shipping takes forever!
