Not As Expected

I ordered this in large size and it was not as full in size as shown. The pineapple flower shapes had mushy tips and although they customized the order by replacing less coconut picks with more chocolate they weren’t arranged well and again the overall arrangement size seemed smaller. Also as a company noted for gift service I was disappointed that it simply arrived in clear plastic bag with twist tie. No feeling of special delivery here no box no tissue paper nor any type of ribbon. The card design (random smiling faces) was also very inappropriate for the purpose of the order ( this was a sympathy occasion). As my order came to me the purchaser since I would be delivering because they don’t go out as far as my intended location for delivery I am thankful to intercept this order so I could make some changes to the overall impression. I can only hope the quality of the remaining fruit is not over ripe as the pineapples used. I really expected more from this company as their website photos look so nice. Not sure if I would reorder again in future

Was nice arrangement but small. Pictures on website are of the large ones. A year ago, they delivered out of the city but no longer.
