Great Customer Service!

First of all, the product is beautiful, but ultimately the customer service experience was phenomenal. I received my map via Fed Ex. The box had been punctured right by the fragile sticker. The box that was inside was punctured as well. When I got to the map itself it was not punctured, but had a pretty good size indentation. I reached out to Push Pin Travel Maps and they quickly responded. I sent pictures of the damage and they promptly let me know that my new map was being sent out. Such a breath of fresh air to not have to go in circles before making things right. Thank you Push Pins for all that you did! :)
