Very Good coffee

The Columbia coffee is the best coffee I've have in a long time. I was in awe when I made my first cup and actually saw the bloom. I'm not great a describing coffee, this taste more of a prefect medium roast with zero acidity or after taste. The flavor is just outstanding. I can't say everyone else would love it because especially after trying the Good morning and Guatamala which were too weak for me, but some may love along with the Dark roasts which may be your thing. I wish I would have discovered the Columbia years ago, I have wasted hundreds of dollars just to get mediocre or bad tasting coffee, trying to cover most coffees with extra cream just to be able to tolerate it. I look forward in continuing to purchase the Columbia Organic and hope Java stays in business for years to come.

Columbia Organic is consistently my favorite for flavor and strength. I look forward to my mornings with this great coffee.
