Order and delivery process, 2nd to none. I chose these as I bought the radiator from you, but my radar was Matt, and these were not. Not for me unfortunately.

Replaced a broken oval set

I was given a beautiful towel rail with oval rungs and narrow gaps between them, but the builders had broken the fixings when they removed it. After a lot of searching we found these round ones, but the right size. They fit fine, with no looseness and look really smart. A good price and prompt delivery.

Speedy, polite and professional service

I had previously ordered a towel radiator for the bathroom which was due to be installed and I had misplaced the fitting brackets. Gentleman on the phone very helpful and arranged a speedy replacement. Very pleased with radiator and service received, will definitely consider using them again.
