This was my first time ordering from you. I would give the quality of the frames a 5 star review. They are exactly what you see when looking at them online. Good quality. As far as service - I ordered 5 frames, we had a big meeting planned and 1 frame came in, then the day of the meeting, 3 more frames came in and just last week the last one came in. I had ordered them well in advance of the meeting and when I ordered them all together I just assumed they all would be shipped together. It was a little disappointing. I had to go and buy some cheaper frames so that I could hang the posters for the meeting.
