Twins

Bought these for my twin granddaughters. Had bought rain boots before. They are very good quality. The girls love them. They had the “Frozen” ones before. Tough to get them to admit they were getting a little small. Lasted a long time and still look great with no problems.

Runs large

The 13/1 kids size is very large in length. I would estimate more like a size 1 or more likely a 2 Order down a size at minimum. The length is very long. We have 13 boots in several other shoes as my daughter wears a 12.5 or 13 in Vans, Adidas and Carters. 13 in Roxy and Haviana flip flops We ordered 1/2 size up to account for growth. But should have sized down to 12
