They just send one lipstick instead two and they didn’t answer my email. I can’t find another option to talk with them. I need the other one asap because it’s a gift and I’ll sent it to Brazil.

It works.
This is the most effective chapstick I have used. My lips started cracking open during my WFH situation this winter, in an apartment with dry radiant heat. After going through heavier lip balms and lip masks, this one was the magic bullet that fixed the situation. Rose scent is nice too. Just bought two more chapsticks.
