The greatest!!
The Chi Chi eyebrow pencil’s are truly the best there is! I’ve been drawing my eyebrows on for 30 years and this beautiful creamy pencil stays on at the beach, at the gym and in sauna. Incredible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
