In Shell Roasted Unsalted Pistachios

Pistachios full of flavor

These are beautifully roasted with a good texture and a rich flavor that shines even without any salt. (Perhaps a 3rd variety of pistachios could be added in between salt and no salt -- less salt.)

An unexpected twist

The nuts were good and easy to get out of the shell. I got unsalted because my doctor recommended I cut back on my salt intake, at first I thought they wouldn’t taste good but I liked them better than the salted ones. Will buy again.

Better than their macadamia gift box

Same as any other nut dealer. The problem is one half of the weight purchased us the inedible shell.
