Great purchase- good price, fresh product, fast delivery! I use in yogurt, cookies, protein balls, etc. All good!

I guess these are good if you like chia seeds. I’ve never tried them before and probably never will again. I make our own raw dog food and read that chia seeds are a good addition but they are sort of bitter so probably won’t include this in the dog food. I gave 3 stars because my opinion would not be fair in this situation.

Love me some chia! In hot cereal, my beverages, or sprinkled on salad. Love the crunch, the cholesterol lowering and benefits of regularity.
