I have been trialing many belts over the years to find the right one, and this is it! Hands down, the best belt for me in terms of support, style, quality and price. The prong is just what I wanted personally, but coupled with the micro holes, it is ideal for any daily fluctuations, particularly for us women, and ideal for anyone during any phase of bodybuilding requiring adjustments. Prior to purchasing the belt I had a few questions regarding sizing and suitability, and staff were only too happy to explain the differences between their products, so I could make an informed decision. For reference, I measured 78cm according to the guide, purchased XS and I have plenty of wriggle room to get in and get the job done! Highly recommended company and product.
