Sauvingon blanc

The kit took a little longer to finish than the 6 to 8 days I expect to spend normally, but that was not a problem. On initial tasting, the wine was extremely good. with hard fruit tones (mostly apple) but a lovely white grapefruit finish on the palate. It should improve even more over the next few weeks. My wife compared a sample with a commercial version of the same wine and declared to S&G version to be superior. Of course, my superior brewing skills must have contributed (lol). With care, I managed to get a full 30 bottles from the brew. Excellent value and product and a good wine at around £1.10 per bottle. Highly recommended, but brew with normal hygien procedures in mind.

This kit makes lovely Sauvignon Blanc wine. I have made many SG wine kits, they are my go to kit.
