I have made numerous purchases with Jazz Beautu Bar and I have never had any issues. However, this product did not mirror anything I have ordered in the past. The packaging was even questionable. The hair is definitely not the quality I had grown accustomed to. I am wondering if this was even your product as it does not compare to previous purchases. I would hate to think the quality of your product has diminished. It was definitely not worth the price. Disappointed customer as I only order hair from your company .
