Broken Product and terrible Customer Service

I ordered a belt strap and chased its arrival when it never materialised. I was told that it was in their workshop being made. Two weeks after delivery, however, and it still hadn’t arrived. After chasing again, eventually I was told it had been delayed due to supply chain issues (making the previous email seem somewhat dishonest). Almost three weeks after ordering, the belt was finally delivered. It was, however, scratched and the leather was cracking on the inside. I sent photos and complained immediately. I received no reply. Six days later, I chased again and eventually received a reply asking me to bear with them as they “review my enquiry”. I’m not sure what amount of reviewing is required in this instance (clearly more than six day’s worth) as surely the obvious response is to apologise and send a replacement. Over a week has gone by and still no reply or offer to replace the damaged goods.
