Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar

So tasteful!

Hard to use without tasting it every time I open the bottle. The sweetness combined with the acidity of the vinegar makes it a very good base for a marinating the chicken destined to end in the grill.

Yummm!

I use the balsamic vinegars straight as my favorite salad dressings. So yummmy!

Smooth and sweet

I have had a few bottles of this lovely elixir. It is robust, sweet, tangy and full of yummy fig flavour. I have several bottles of different flavours and while all are delicious this is definitely my favourite. I put it on fruit, veggies, in stews, on salads, rice, potatoes, you name it.
