When I don’t know what to eat, my go-to is some tuna, fresh ground pepper, capers, thinly sliced celery and the Eureka lemon to mix. Whether I put this in a wrap with havarti or mixed in with some greens, it is delicious every time.

Italian Lemon Olive Oil Cake
My cake recipe calls for 2 large lemons, juiced and zested along with other ingredients and 3/4 of a cup of olive oil. I replaced the olive oil with 3/4 of a cup of your Eureka Lemon Olive Oil. Excellent results, and the taste was not overpowering with lemon. Your Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is not overly aromatic
and enhanced the flavour of the finished cake. I will try adding Eureka Lemon Olive Oil to clarified butter (ghee) with some garlic as a dip for lobster, shrimp, etc. Thank you for a great product!

This is honestly one of my favourite olive oils from Evoolution, this is my first time testing it and I will be going back for more! Works great for salads, cooked vegetables and with chicken breasts. Excited to experiment some more!
