250ml Santorini Reed Diffuser

Awful experience

My shipment came in a reused dog food box. When I open the box all of the diffusers were packaged in old, ripped boxes that were wet from leaked product. This product is far too expensive to be shipped in this manner. I got hooked on Antica Farmacista Santorini fragarance when it was sold at Nordstrom. I keep a diffuser in 4 rooms of my home. After Nordstrom stopped carrying it I had it shipped directly from the company once before and the packaging was beautiful. I don’t know what happened to the company, but the product I received this time around is completely unacceptable. It was actually shocking. I have been very busy and was unable to return the product, so unfortunately I’m just out a few hundred dollars. They just lost what would have been a lifelong customer. I hope the savings you made on cheap shipping was worth it.

Great scent

Ordering was easy and everything arrived on time. I love the Santorini room diffuser scent. I use them in my guest bathrooms.

Tranquility

You will become obsessed with this scent. I know i have. It's soft yet makes a statement.
