Over the years we have had quite a few items from the Artisan Smokehouse, and they're all superb - or better! This is one we have had before, and it's as good as ever; smoked just enough to add an extra layer of flavour to what is a high quality halloumi, not so much that it overpowers that flavour.

I absolutely love your halloumi , I add it to oven baked mediterranean veg to add that smokey cheese hit,
