Great ring shopping experience

I recently purchased an engagement ring. I was not sure of the ring size so I made my best guess. The ring arrived and my fiancee loved it. The only problem was that it was a half size too small. I used the online chat session, explained my situation and Noemie took care of it. They sent me a return label and as soon as they saw that our ring was on its way back to them, they initiated sending us the new one of the correct size. The whole process only took about 3 days! I would shop at Noemie again and highly recommend them!

I stacked the Floating Diamond ring with my wedding band and couldn't be happier! i ordered the platinum, my band is gold, and the mixed metals look lovely together. The diamonds are sparkly but not over-the top, and the ring is very comfortable to wear. The customer service and response to questions was outstanding, and I will definitely be making additional purchases in the future!

It’s hard to get a sense of how the ring really looks online, but with the generous return policy I decided to order. It took about 4 weeks to receive the ring as I had it engraved; packaging and delivery were both great - signature required in delivery. The ring is beautiful and the diamonds very sparkly. The style is modern but classic - won’t feel dated in a few years. The fit is as expected and the ring is comfortable (no rubbing or jagged edges) with quality craftsmanship. I contacted customer service while waiting for delivery and they were responsive and helpful. I had even received a free ring size before purchase! Overall a very positive experience and I will use Noemie again.
