Company’s shipper refused to deliver

Shady delivery company and company, stating I reside on a dirt road with low hanging power wires. Completely false. Large propane and FedEx and UPS trucks 26’ are here all of the time. I reside at the entrance to a county reservoir, where people fish, boat, and picnic. Keeper Sports representative kept insisting it was my fault because of where I live. They were not going to deliver, and were not going to refund the money until they received the board back in perfect condition, which I never had possession of, and had no say concerning the shipping. The shipping company wanted me to hang out at some parking lot for a six hour delivery window, and Keeper wanted me to drive two hours from my home to the delivery company. After staying on this, I finally did get a refund, but not without an aggravating experience. I would not recommend doing business with this company. I was just opening a dispute with my credit card company, when they finally agreed to a refund, as they could not provide the surfboard.
