I love the body positivity stickers at the front, the honeycomb habit tracker helps me to not go over my daily syns as I am on Slimming World. I love the coin jar where I can colour in how many lbs I have lost it's a very good visual tool and that really helps me as well. I have started writing down my measurements and can see each week how my bust, waist etc is going down. I love writing down my food in this planner because I can clearly see where I have had a lot of speed foods (aka fruit & veg) and if I need to add more to my plate during the day. Overall I absolutely love my planner and cannot be without it, it's helping me so much with my weight loss journey so thank you so much!!
