Quality product for a great price. Able to do both abs and back on single machine instead of 2 separate ones. Was very easy to put together. Very smooth operation. Glad I got the one with more weight. My wife only needs the lighter weights but I prefer a larger stack. Very happy with this product.

I love the machine. I still don’t know what the slit aluminum rod that was supposed to be inserted into the second hole of the weight stack. You even sent me another rod, thank you,but it was exactly the same size as the first rod and impossible to be driven to the hole The machine still works fine without it. I am curious what was the function of this rod?
