One is half alive the other dead but it's past 30 days so can't do anything about it

The Japanese Rose and the Eastern Redbud both died within a couple months. The plum tree is still growing. Northern Ridge only gives store credit. I gave review on my 2024 purchase using credit and additional cost. Only 1 tree is still growing from 2024, plus the plum tree from 2023. Not worth the cost or time. I'm not claiming store credit for current order tree death. Just going deeper financial loss.
