As stated clear and in depth instruction adressing "sticky points" where I get stuck on passing different guards. All in all very worth the investment!

Travis simplifies all Guard passing techniques for several types of guards. The way he teaches makes techniques easy to remember in sparring/combat. My jits improved after watching this DVD.
