Amazing necklace amazing customer service

I am so so happy with my necklace--it looks perfect! I made a mistake by ordering the length that's bit too long for me and the customer service is just amazing in helping me out to shorten the chain length!!! I am excited to see how it looks after the chain is shortened--very grateful for everything!
