I'm not sure about the product because the size recommendation on the website told me to buy a L. I'm normally a sz 10 in bottoms, but because these are medical grade compression garments, I took the advice onboard. I think a M will be more appropriate. I I'm currently in the process of exchanging. Customer service isn't hugely helpful. They have assisted with the exchange but the process has been lengthy and the information on how to return was not offered. I had to do the groundwork myself on the website. Be aware that exchanges aren't technically free, as stated on the website. They don't have a reply paid address, so you will foot the postage costs for the return package.
