No instructions how anything or how long you are supposed to run the water through the filters. Soory will not buy from you again. Thank you

When I received the filters it was so easy to install, but it took three to four weeks to get them.

Fulfillment took too long

The shipment of these filters arrived exactly one month to the day from the date that I order. In the meantime, I just ordered from Amazon and got it in less than a week. Four weeks is way too long for order fulfillment. I will not be ordering from you guys again.
