Like the price. Shipping time was average to slow. But the price is right.

I have purchased 5 pentex housings systems from Fresh Water Systems but due my financial situation now I needed something more cost wise. I was hesitant but I am amazed at the quality of the Neo-Pure housing especially how the sealing o-ring groove is molded in the housing totally captured no rolling up or squeezing out of the groove. Combined the big blue and Neo- Pure filters is the perfect water filtration system. All the systems I have purchased have been for my family and close friends personal use. I highly recommend this system and Fresh Water Systems. I have had to get their help with some bad water issues and they have always gone above and beyond with their time researching the issues even finding me other resources to address my issues. Filters are great / Boxes need packing material

The filters are great but the boxes that they are shipped in do not have adequate packing to protect the filters inside. I just received a filter shipment and there was no packing material inside the box to protect the filters. Luckily the filters were not damaged. I have had your filters shipped before that were damaged due to this issue, just didn't return damaged filters. Companies such as UPS, FedEx, Amazon, DHL are very careless with handling these shipments. Thank you
