Everpure Compatible 20" EC210 Sediment Filter

I ordered a case of 25 Everpure prefilters but when the item arrived, there were only 20 filters in the box. I called customer service about the missing items and they promptly assured that the 5 missing ones would be sent over with no extra cost. I recieve the missing filters without issue and I appreciate the great customer service and willingness to fix the issue immediately and without any hassle or over scrutinizing of my claim. I will continue purchasing all my water filter needs from them and will highly recommend them to my colleagues and friends.
