To my dismay, I have not used them yet. I had replaced my Last fridge wafter filter and am not due to replace with yours yet. I am sorry to not be able to review them yet. You sound like a very caring company

Thought I purchased the wrong filter for my LG fridge

I was pleased to find the Fresh Water Systems website. I needed a replacement filter for my LG in-door water source. The LG filter's price was $50. The filter I purchased from Fresh Water Systems was $22 + shipping, which was still cheaper than LG's filter. I was happy that the filter arrived quite fast. FYI: I couldn't get the filter installed. It didn't seem to want to snap into place like the LG filters I had installed in the past did. I feared I purchased the wrong filter, so I called Fresh Water Systems' customer service and spoke to a very nice man. He read notes from previous callers who had the same issue. He said the advice to previous callers was to give the filter extra force when pushing it into place--it wouldn't break (breaking it was my concern). While he was on the phone I tried the filter again, giving it a strong push upward. It popped in! The water is flowing well and tastes great. I will definitely purchase future filters from Fresh Water Systems.
