Ordered 2 refill cartridges for my Hydroblend filter. Received a call that they had been back ordered and would be sent on a particular day. FWS was good to their word and the cartridges arrived when they said they would. This is the only place where I purchase them!

This review is for a replacement filter and the product is great, but the company is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. Very customer friendly. I purchased something I had to send back because it did not fit and they were all about helping me, even though I was returning something. Anytime I need something I will get it here.

good results

My water is very heavily laden with iron. I use a regular filter and this item to help and it definitely makes a difference. I have no room for a water softener here, which would be the best choice, but this little item helps the situation while taking no room.
