Incomplete shipment (AGAIN)

This company sells good products but cannot put their act together. The orders always arrive incomplete (not the first time) and the people who are supposed to fix the issue do not seem to be able to read the emails and the packing lists. I am still missing the bypass clack head after a week of emails which prevents me from installing the product.
