Good, but…

One filter came with port broken off. You replaced it quickly. But I had failed to notice a second filter had a one mounting shoulder also broken off. Decided it probably would work. It has. Makes me wonder about packaging? But we are up and running and happy. Fred Sommer

I purchased a set of all 5 filters for my reverse osmosis system. One of the filters did not work. Easy to Install

The new Pentair 5 stage RO system for which this filter was designed was easy to install. TDS readings indicate that the system is working as expected.
