It's great that they have an adjustable mount as i have an older tv/monitor. It made the purchase decision. I CALL IT A BUY!

Mount Plate Too Large For Some

For my 43" LG TV, the mounting plate was too large to fit properly. My LG has an indented area for a mount and cords to fit, not like the flush or curved Samsung TVs. Overall, this mount is a great product, but make sure the plate will fit if you have a LG or similar TV with an indentation for mounts.
