Mesquite BBQ Rub

This is a wonderful smokey spice blend. I rubbed it on a chicken above and under the skin. I really poured it on. Let it sit overnight, then put it on the Rotisserie. This spice makes even a bad cook look great. I won't tell anyone if you don't tell anyone. Major Blends, I hope you will start creating blends from other regions of the world

I love this BBQ rub

It was amazing, it’s great on steak, ribs, pork, chicken. I have not tried it on fish yet but I’ve enjoyed all the major flavor seasoning I’ve gotten so far.
