It has been years since I had a double taper on my fly reel. I am happy I gave this line a try. it cast like a dream It is my goto set up for both still waters and rivers. Could there be an improvement, yes one that would be a great benefit…print specs on the line i.e; ‘3wt DT’

As a Steelhead/Salmon Guide I spend most of my year with 7 / 8 / or 9 wt. rods. What a treat to pick up a 2 or 3 wt in the summer and prospect for Fish Creek Brookies. Cortland Double taper gives me the best chance of success up here on the Tug Hill and any other place I can sneak away to find trout!
