Wasn't the best start to be truthful as i was told it was a 5 minute switch on & away you go, however it was anything but that. Jamie helped me to complete the process it took 4 hours, that was after i had spent a couple of hours with skytrac support. the system is up and running and is very good...... could i respectfully ask if the is some kind of instruction document to use the device properly i cant find anything in the box thanks jeff
