Mark's Fermented Jalapeno Hot Sauce

Unique and outstanding

As an afficonado of hot sauces for many years but coupled with aging and less gastronomic tolerance to same I now seek those condiments with milder flavors and effect.Garlic in same is tolerated well.Recognizing jalapeño as lower on the Scoville scale I have now found another condiment that with jalapeño is also excellent while personally sufficiently tolerable milder hot sauce

Really great flavour and fairly mild heat. One of my favourites. The only problem is that I eat it too fast.
